Thank you for using CHM+! It is a tool designed to provide a smooth reading experience for CHM documents on iOS and iPadOS platforms.
Pricing Policy
The core features of CHM+, such as opening and reading CHM documents, in-document search, bookmarks, etc., are available for free use indefinitely. To sustain the development and operation of the application, the free version will display advertisements.
We also offer a VIP Membership aimed at providing users with an ad-free, pure reading experience and access to more advanced features.
In addition to the unrestricted basic features mentioned above, the primary benefit of VIP Membership is the removal of all in-app advertisements. Future advanced features added will also be automatically available to VIP Members without additional charges.
VIP Membership offers various pricing options to suit different needs, such as Monthly Subscription, Annual Subscription, or a One-Time Purchase for Permanent Unlock. Subscription plans may offer a free trial period; please refer to the purchase page for specific details.
It is also worth noting that if you opt for a subscription model, the promotional price you initially pay will be maintained upon renewal and will not increase with future product price adjustments. The permanent unlock option remains valid for all subsequent updates, including major version releases and newly added premium features.
As developers do not have the authority to initiate subscription cancellations, if you wish to switch from a Monthly Subscription or Annual Subscription to the One-Time Purchase for Permanent Unlock model after purchasing a subscription, you must manually cancel your Monthly Subscription or Annual Subscription after making the One-Time Purchase to avoid duplicate charges and unnecessary losses.
Service Availability
When using the same Apple ID on multiple devices, please adhere to the device quantity requirements mentioned in Apple's official Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to take action against severe violations of this clause, including but not limited to removing unlocked content.
Refunds
We regret if you are considering a refund. Please first consider contacting us via [email protected] to resolve any dissatisfaction. However, we respect your choice. The application refund process is not controlled by the developer. We recommend contacting Apple's support team to handle refunds. You can find relevant information here.
